Return Policy

All sales from our website are final for fitments that are proper for the vehicle. If we sent the correct fitment no returns are allowed.

For all claims arise from customer claiming defects in workmanship/quality, the wheels will have to be returned to us to send to the manufacturer for inspection. When returning wheels to us, customers are responsible for the cost of shipping. If the wheels are found not to be defective the customer will be responsible for the freight to send the wheels back to the customer. We will provide written proof from the The Quality Assurance Team (QAT) stating that they have inspected the wheels and their result.

In certain cases, we do allow a 30% restocking fee on new returns. This is up to the managers discretion and follows from the rule above that all sales are final.

We do not offer any returns unless the shipment is damaged in transit.

All products are sent within 1-3 business days of receiving your order and will be at your doorstep in 2-7 business days.

There are no returns on ALL custom drilled wheels and no returns on wheels that have tires mounted on them.
