Defective Merchandise:

Return of defective products MUST be approved by the return department. All goods must be properly tagged, boxed, loaded and shipped the way the items were received. After inspection the purchase price will be issued for those items found defective. Defective means that the item structure is compromise, which are against pin hole and air leak.

GWG Wheels Limited Lifetime Structural Warranty:

GWG Wheels warrants to the original retail purchaser that GWG products will be free of structural, manufacturing, or material defects, if used under normal and intended use as long as the original retail purchaser owns the product.  Invoice or bill of sale in the name of the original purchaser shall provide proof of original evidence. This warranty is not transferable.

GWG Wheels Limited Chrome and Painted Finish Warranty:

GWG Wheels warrants the factory chrome or painted finish on products for one (1) year from the original time of purchase. This warranty covers only peeling and separation of the chrome from the wheel. Pitting is preventable and is not covered by this warranty.

Warranty Policies:

GWG sole and exclusive obligation under this warranty shall be to replace, at GWG Wheels sole discretion, without charge, any GWG Wheels product which is returned to GWG factory from whom the wheel was originally purchased, and which, after GWG Wheels examination, shows that said product has failed in normal use and service due to defects in material and/or workmanship. Such repair and replacement shall not include installation.

Warranty Limitations:

This is a Limited Warranty. Therefore no warranties or representations expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability and use for fitness for particular purpose to the extent the law of the state and federal law allows.  GWG Wheels neither assumes nor authorizes any dealer, representative or other person or entity to assume for it any obligation or liability in connection with GWG Wheels products or applications. GWG Wheels further reserves the right to make changes or improvements in design, materials or specifications or make product changes without incurring any obligations to replace, change or improve products manufactured prior hereto. GWG Wheels will not be responsible for any damage or loss caused by delays, failure, or any consequential damage regardless of cause. GWG Wheels will not be responsible for labor, transportation, or any other charges incurred in the replacement of repair of a defective part. Wheels sold as “discontinued” merchandise only have a structural warrant.  “Discontinued” wheels are sold as-is with no finish warranty. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights under state laws. No warranty or representation by anyone other than GWG Wheels will be binding by the manufacture.

The Warranty is Void if:

1. The product is damaged in transit or misuse, accident or negligence, or has been repaired or altered by anyone other than GWG Wheels.
2. The product is used in conjunction with any hardware, adapters, etc., other than those supplied by GWG Wheels.
3. The product has had any repairs, modifications, or changes made by anyone other than GWG Wheels.
4. Products that have been subjected to corrosion of the finish due to neglect, caustic cleaning chemicals, harsh car washes, adverse weather conditions and/or improper product care.
5. Original invoice or sales receipt is not available for verification, or upon transfer of title on any products by the original purchaser.
