Warranty

GWG wheels offer a lifetime structural warranty and a 1-year cosmetic finish warranty on painted and chrome wheels to the original consumer purchaser. Proof of purchase is required for any warranty claim. This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the wheel at the discretion of GWG Wheels is not responsible for any costs associated with the warranty claim including but not limited to freight costs, labor and repairs associated with the wheel.

This warranty shall not apply to:

• Defects, malfunction or failure to wheels in transit, off-road use, race use, abuse, misuse, accident or negligence by the consumer.
• Wheels that have been altered repaired or modified in any way.
• Wheels that have not been installed in accordance with instructions or installed on incorrect tire sizes or used with excessive vehicle loads or with incorrect installation hardware.
• Wheel corrosion or cosmetic flaws occurring after the purchase due to chemicals, caustic cleaning agents, climate conditions or neglect.
• The fading or discoloring of gold or silver accented accessories caused by caustic chemicals, climate conditions or neglect.

All of GWG wheels are made up of lightweight aluminum alloy and are carefully designed and tested, ensuring that it passes the regulatory committee's safety standard. To prove that their product is strong and reliable, the company offers a lifetime structural warranty to its wheel. That is what you call commitment.
